Create an account on Zoom.com with your SAU41 account. Select the "Sign in with Google" button so that you are not limited to a 40 minute meeting!
Best Practice: Set up recurring Zoom meetings so that your attendees can utilize the same meeting ID and password for each meeting!
Best Practice: As the meeting host you can send messages to all of the students while they are in the breakout rooms, however you cannot supervise students in multiple breakout rooms at the same time. Consider inviting additional staff members to your zoom to be able to monitor interactions across the breakout rooms.

Did you know that you can assign a meeting attendee to type in closed captions during a meeting? Once CC has been assigned other meeting members can turn it on to be able to view it and a script can be dowloaded after the meeting is over.
Do you need to project manipulatives or demonstrate a lesson? Using a phone a document camera is a good option.
