All teachers must provide students and families with information about the workload in advance of the school week so that families can adequately prepare their home learning environments as well as have a sense of the students' workload and what is expected. Below we have provided samples and templates that you can download for use.

This Week At a Glance template was created by H. Furbush and G. Snoke at CSDA. It offers customizable dates, is easily editable in Google Docs and the check boxes are interactive . If uploaded to Google Classroom each student will have a unique copy that they can check off so both student and teacher can see their progress. You can access it here.
This Week At a Glance template was created by A. Chase and L. DiZazzo at HBMS. It was used in the spring as a way to help students break down their weekly assignments. It was a visual way to pace themselves, and it included links to important instructions, calendars, etc. This was saved as a PDF and attached in our daily annoucements throughout the week . You can access it here. To use as your own, please MAKE A COPY.
*To save as a PDF or image, once you have finished the slide, go to file --> download --> and then select either PDF or image type (JPEG typically, or PNG).
Below are few other examples of agendas used (from HBMS)...if we (committee) wants to select one or two, I'll get proper permissions from the creators.
