Ms. McBride

I am so excited to be starting my 20th year as a 6th-grade teacher at HUES! I am also looking forward to learning and growing with you all. When I’m not at HUES I enjoy spending time with my husband and our children Willa and Beckett, (as well as our cats, Lucy and Pepper, who are champion catnappers.) I’ve taught in other places including California, Boston, and Nashua, and love the amazing topics we investigate in sixth-grade. It’s so fun to learn about ancient cultures, explore STEM activities, and delve further into literature. I also love traveling, reading, baking, the beach, the arts, pop culture of the ‘80s and ’90s, and being outside in nature. I attended Villanova University and will always root for the Wildcats during March Madness! I can’t wait to keep learning with you!
