Title I After School Program
ASP 2018-2019- start date of 1/3/19.
End Date- 4/18/19.
What is ASP?
The Title I After School Program (ASP) is an opportunity for students to maintain and increase current levels of performance in mathematics, to receive extra support in improving foundational math skills, and to develop a greater confidence in mathematics. Students' areas of needs are targeted and instruction matched to meet individual needs. The focus of math instruction is on improving students' computation strategies and on gaining mastery of the curriculum standards of each grade level. Additionally, time during ASP is spent reviewing students' Everyday Math lesson and completing mathematics homework for that day.
ASP typically meets Monday and Thursday afternoons, directly after school until 5:00pm, starting in late fall and continuing until April vacation. There is no transportation available from the ASP at this time.
