In the 2018 NFL season, fantasy football has been very shocking. For people who don’t know what fantasy football is, it's when you have a league with at least 10 players. Before the season starts, the whole league drafts 12 players for each person’s team. For wide receivers and running backs 1 points is 10 yards, and a rushing or receiving touchdown is 6 points. For a quarterback 1 point is 25 passing yards, and a passing touchdown is 4 points. Patrick Mahomes already has over 300 fantasy points, throwing 41 touchdowns in 12 games this season. He is on pace to beat Peyton Manning's single season records of touchdowns. In 2013, Peyton Manning had thrown 55 touchdown and over 5000 passing yards. Additionally, Todd Gurley is by far the best running back in the league right now. He is the only running back who averages over 20 points a game. Kareem Hunt was the Chief’s running back who was having a great season, but then he got suspended and kicked off of the Chief’s for kicking and punching a woman. Tyreek Hill is currently the best receiver fantasy wise. He has 195 points so far witch is more than he had all last year.

This NFL season there has been multiple records broken. Tom Brady become the fourth man in NFL history to throw over 500 touchdowns trailing Brett Favre, Drew Brees, and Peyton Manning. Also, Julio Jones is now the fastest person ever to hit 10,000 receiving yards. Before him, Calvin Johnson was the fastest person to hit 10,000 yards and he did it in 115 games, Julio Jones however has now done it in 104 games.

Drew Brees is the starting Quarterback for the New Orleans Saints and he also just tossed to over 500 touchdowns and now he passed Tom Brady and Brett Favre. Brett Favre was the first man ever to throw for 500 touchdowns, he ended his career with 508. Peyton Manning currently has the most touchdowns ever with 538.

Adam Vinatieri is the oldest person in the league at the age of 45. He also kicked 2 game winning field goals in 2 superbowls. He just recently became the NFL’s all time scoring leader. He was drafted by the Patriots in 1996 then in 2006 he got traded to the Colts and that is where he still plays. Nick Chubb is a running back for the Browns who just got the longest run in Browns history covering 92 yards for a touchdown. Also JuJu Smith-Schuster just got the longest play from scrimmage which was a 97 yards pass from Ben Roethlisberger. And now we will have to watch how the rest of the season goes and see if any more records get broken.
