The Capstone project will be graded pass/fail. Score will be determined by the following equation: (Points earned / Total points ) * 100. Your score must be 65 or greater to pass.
If the student has not completed their project by the final deadline of their Senior Year, they will fail the course, receiving zero credit. This will be reflected on their transcript. They will have the opportunity to choose a different project for completion by April. Failure to complete the project by April will result in non-graduation or a 20 credit State of NH diploma.
Students who miss two consecutive deadlines will receive a failure for the course. If a student misses a deadline, they must have ALL work completed by the next deadline. Deadlines will not be moved to accommodate earlier missed assignments. Students are expected to communicate their progress with the Capstone Advisor.
Attendance is required at Capstone Project Presentation night of your Senior Year. Failure to attend may result in failure of the project.
