Honors Project

Presentation Night

Capstone Project presentation night is the culmination of your Capstone Project. This showcase is your time to shine! All projects are displayed at this event, which is held in January of your senior year. Student attendance is mandatory. It is a great night during which school board members, parents, family, your peers and the community at large are invited to attend this event to view your work, engage in discussion about your project, and for you to proudly show off your work.

In addition to your electronic portfolio on display on your Chromebook, you must have your project or documentation of your project, your tri-fold display board, as well as a laptop and/or Chromebook to display your slideshow. Some of you may need more than one electronic device if you don’t print out your slideshow. Please make sure they are fully charged as we may not be able to draw electricity to each device. A table will be assigned to you to display your materials.

Please come prepared and dress professionally (business casual). This is an enjoyable time where you get to talk in a more relaxed manner about your work. Community members have historically been very interested in viewing Capstone projects and are anxious to hear what you have to say. The community loves to support our students.

We are proud of all of our students who have passed their projects and presented in an articulate and professional manner.

We look forward to seeing your finished products. We know it will be amazing. We are very proud of you.
