To connect an AVS Chromebook to your Wifi at home:
Because this is a school device, you need to connect to Wifi twice: once to log in, and once again after you log in.
1) Power down the chromebook before taking it home. Press the power button until "Power Off" appears, then click that. Do NOT just close the screen which only puts it to sleep.
2) Power it on by pressing the power button.
3) A list of WiFi signals appears. Select the one for your location. Enter the WiFi password.
4) Log in as normal with your Google username and password.
5) In the bottom right corner, the WiFi symbol (shaped like a pie wedge) will be unfilled. Click that symbol.
6) Select the SAME wifi signal as in step 3 above. You should not need to enter the password again.
You should now be connected.
