Hello journalists! :-)
You have been chosen for group of journalists. It is very interesting and important job because journalists are very significant nowadays. You have very responsible job because journalists write into the newspapers and inform people about the newest information and situation around the world.
Your task is to find information about plastics and about problems for the environmental.
On your exploration you will be completing several tasks. For each task you will use internet to learn about plastic. You will use only chosen websites as your source (you can see below).
Keep notes of everything you learn and interesting facts about your task in your science exercise book. You will use it to complete your final project.
At the end of your exploration you will present it to your classmates!
You need to include the following somewhere in your project:
- Title, slogan
- 5 most important facts about your job
- at least 3 sentences about what you learned
- be creative, when you make your plastic project, don´t just draw it! There is a part for you (4. conclusion) to see on how you will be graded for this assignment.
DETAILS about your task:
- your fist task is to contact your classmates and start thinking about your assignment
- check chosen websites (below), learn more about your topic
- chose the most important and useful information (be aware of your point of view), at least 5 significant facts
- make sure you take notes in your science exercise book
- create a draft
- comunicate with your group partners
- finish you work
- decide with your group partners how to present your job to your classmates (be aware of what is your final output)
