The Faith Formation office at Saint Augustine-Saint Francis Xavier Parish of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn, inspired by the life and mission of Jesus Christ and embracing the opportunities of our time and culture, commit ourselves to educate, evangelize and empower families and individuals through lifelong and ongoing faith formation. As a people that is Gathered, Renewed and Sent, our parish supports programs which enhance catechesis, worship, ministry, and community building for the people of God. Specifically, we provide formal religious education programs for: Elementary, Middle School age children. Sacramental and enrichment programs are also available for adults.
