The K-2 curriculum is based on the SHAPE America National Physical Education standards. The primary grade levels (K-2) focus on the development of basic skills such as locomotor skills (i.e. galloping, skipping, leaping), non-locomotor skills (i.e. bending, twisting), and manipulative skills (rolling, throwing, dribbling, striking), as well as spatial awareness, chasing, fleeing, tagging, balance, and jump rope skills.
