"Cooking & baking has always been something that I have loved to do. Often I find myself cooking/baking when I'm extremely stressed out too, this is one of the best ways for me to decompress. My favorite activity is kneading bread from scratch with my own hands, which takes a lot of effort and just what I need to release some of the negative emotions I'm experiencing when my stress levels are very high.
