CLASSES OF '26 AND AFTER
23 total credits are needed for graduation from South High. These credits must include the following subject area requirements:
*Language Arts-4 credits
English 1 & 2
English 3 & 4
English 5 & 6
1 credit of English Electives
*Math -3 credits
*Science -3 credits
Biology 1 & 2
2 additional credits of science
*Social Studies - 3 credits
World History 1 & 2
Civics (.5 credit)
Economics (.5 credit)
US History 1 & 2
*Physical Education - 1.5 credits
Wellness 1 or Women's Wellness 1
And additional 1 credit of Physical education electives
*Health - .5 credit
*Personal Finance- .5 credit
*An additional 7.5 credits of electives (from any subject area)
