University of Pennsylvania Physics and Astronomy Department

Worked on the Balloon Borne Large Aperture Submillimeter (BLAST) telescope, created a telescope pivot and simulated design, force, and buckle tests on Solidworks. Successfully tested and designed a pivot motor for NASA guidelines. Designed components for flight gondola. Wrote paper for publication concerning open-sourcing for balloon telescoping. Presented work at the Balloontech conference in Minneapolis and NASA Wallops Flight Facility. 

Building Technology Intern at SGH

Performed energy modeling for both residential and non-residential buildings to pass within applicable energy code, including researching, aggregating and analyzing data on buildings and creating and analyzing 3D models in SketchUp. Assisted with on-site client construction review. Communicated with clients, architects, and engineers to effectively complete building projects on time. Performed, researched, and presented various excel projects on temperature, dew point, and climate.
