West Valley Athletic League (WVAL)

Redwood is a member of the West Valley Athletic League's East Division.  The other East Division schools are Dartmouth, Fisher, Price, Rolling Hills, and Union.  The West Division schools include  Campbell School of Innovation (CSI), CT English, Easterbrook Discovery School (EDS), Latimer, Monroe, Moreland, Steindorf, and Sherman Oaks.

The WVAL has been organized to provide students with the opportunity to participate in formal inter-scholastic athletic events. The guiding philosophy of the sports program is: students interested in participation in an athletic endeavor should have the opportunity to do so under responsible supervision. The major intention of the WVAL after school sports program is to make this an extended learning program, meeting the learning and competitive needs of the West Valley League students.
