My Mouse Isn't Working

If your mouse isn't working, check the USB port to make sure that the mouse is securely plugged in. Additionally, check the bottom of your mouse for any obstructions blocking the sensor. There may also be dust or other visual obstructions on the bottom that prevent the sensor from doing its job, try not to stare into the laser, as it can be dangerous. Otherwise, try another mouse, because it may be a problem with the mouse. If it is your track pad (on Chromebooks or Macs) that isn't working, consider asking us to fix the problem, because it may be broken and need to be replaced. Please do not try to fix it yourself unless you are confident in your abilities, as you may make the problem worse and make it more difficult for us. Griffin Tech can handle it as we have experience with these problems.
