Common Problems

If a page is not functional and error messages pop up, try refreshing it if you can. Otherwise, the link may be broken or dead meaning that the site was blocked, moved or the link was mistyped.

If not, open up the task manager by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ESC and close the frozen application by right-clicking and hitting close. If that doesn't work, you can also try holding down CTRL and ALT, then press DEL. Next, you can press task manager and close the frozen program. and you can try opening and closing the computer lid to snap the computer into shape. Look at the back of the machine to make sure all cables are securely connected, if not, plug them back in. If all cables are plugged in, but it will not allow you to do anything, try a "Hard Restart" and try to restart the machine. Keep in mind, restarting the machine will delete your current work in progress, so be sure to save each version of your work every few minutes or so. When you save a new version of your work, delete the old one so that you can preserve the necessary space by deleting irrelevant data.
