As a New York State certified public charter school, SANY's tuition-free program provides the small classes and college preparatory programs of a private academy to students who would otherwise be financially constrained to attend public school.

We are a public charter school, and all students eligible to enroll in public schools in New York State are eligible to enroll. 

If the number of eligible applications for admission exceeds the spaces available for scholars, a publicly audited lottery will be held.
