8th Grade Family
The 2020/2021 school year is presenting us with a unique opportunity to change the way that we deliver instruction to your students!
The 8th-Grade Family has chosen to have each teacher take on a special role creating content for each subject this year while it is delivered by their homeroom teacher in a smaller group.
We are excited to take on the challenges of this school year and find ways to innovate and promote our students growth!

"This is my 18th year teaching. I've been at GV since 2008, I'm also a former Gavilan View student. During the year I am the fencing coach. I teach English and Technology, I've written 6 novels and I design Tabletop Games."

Ms. Gehling
Ms. Gehling has been at GV for 20 years! This year she will be teaching music and support for 8th Gr. English and History. In her free time, she loves doing Renaissance Faires!
Ms. Rosas
Ms. Rosas has been teaching for almost 8 years, and this is her 6th year at Gavilan View! This year she is creating content for all students to create weekly art and has one advanced art class that will be creating a virtual portfolio this year!
