Prior to 2020, the IB MYP Personal Project Exhibition was held at the college in the Benedictine Centre where students would present their projects in one space for families and guests to explore and take in. Due to obvious reasons, this is our second year offering a virtual exhibition. While this may not be the same as physically observing student projects, there are certainly many benefits to a virtual exhibition. As you'll see by the page headings on this website, the online exhibition helps navigate you through the many projects. At your own leisure, you can:
Read more about the Personal Projects
Learn about the different Global Contexts
Take tailored tours
Explore the individual projects based on their chosen Global Context
You'll see that students have uploaded a description of their Personal Project, an image and also a film of the Personal Project experience. We invite you to take your time and explore as much as you can to see the great diversity of learning and creation on display by the 2021 Santa Maria Year 10 cohort. We are all very impressed and proud of the achievements of his group under such challenging circumstances. Their ability to adapt to the changing environment is commendable.
We anticipate we’ll offer both the online and school-based exhibition as we continue to enhance all that we do at Santa Maria and allow greater access to the broader community.
Thank you for joining our online exhibition experience and enjoy!
