Welcome to TK & Kindergarten!

I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Kai Winters and I’m looking forward to working with you and your child over the course of the upcoming school year! The 2025-2026 school year will be my fifth year teaching and my third year at San Pasqual Union. I have taught TK and Kindergarten for two years each and deeply enjoy working in early childhood education. I have a B.A. in History from UC Santa Cruz and hold a Child Development Master Teacher Permit with School-Age Emphasis, a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and a M.Ed. in Education from UC Los Angeles. Education is one of my passions and I’m looking forward to sharing that with you during the school year! 

In my free time, I enjoy reading, the arts, and traveling. I love going to museums and being at the beach. My favorite times are spent with my family in our garden & my dear friends around the dinner table. 

Both Kindergarten & TK are incredible years of learning and growth, it is my honor to welcome your little one into the beginning of their schooling journey!
