This Is About Me...
Please allow myself to introduce myself… I’m Mr. Androlowicz.
I have been teaching United States History at Arcade Middle School since January 1997. I love the history of the United States! This is in part due to where I was raised (Maine and California) and part due to my Dad's dedication to this country by serving in the United States Marine Corp and by my Mom and Dad knowing how to be parents. -Thanks Mom and Dad!
I was born in South Carolina and since then have lived in Hawaii, Maine, Southern California, back to Maine and then Northern California…I was a “Military Brat.” I have traveled cross country (both by air and by car) several times. I have been to Mt. Rushmore, top of St. Louis Arch, inside the White House & U.S. Capitol Building, inside the crown of the Statute of Liberty, Fenway Park and Niagra Falls.
I have a wonderful wife, three smart and fantastic children. My wife is a 1st Grade Teacher. My son graduated from Regis University in Denver, Colorado this past year. One of my daughters is a Bruin at UCLA and my youngest daughter is a Senior Titan at Antelope High School (and the Senior Class President). We have a small dog named Shorty (named after the character “Short Round” in the movie “Indian Jones and the Temple of Doom”) who likes to bark at everything he sees when we go for a walk but also loves to sit in a lap and lick your face...

I like sports (baseball, football and basketball) and my favorite teams are the Dallas Cowboys (yes I do like the 49ers too!), the Boston Red Sox, and the Sacramento Kings (yes I still do not like the Lakers). As much as I love watching my favorite teams…I will always prefer watching my own kids play…especially when it’s soccer! However, I do LOVE a great game of Candelpin Bowling (it's a Maine thing) with friends and family!!!
