Our field trip to SkyZone Sacramento is approaching! 3 pages have gone home: an overview/request for drivers purple page, permission slip, and a risk waiver for the district. We need both the permission slip and the risk waiver back for the district. SkyZone needs all families to have a current waiver with them on file- go to their website (link here), make sure you have the Sacramento location selected, click "waivers" at the top, and follow their directions- note you fill out information for yourself and then check to add a minor and enter your child's information. Thank you!
