The Educational Therapists are offering groups virtually for both Elementary and Secondary schools. Please reach out to your school site Educational Therapist to find out more.
Bounce Back/CBITS - "Bounce Back is a Cognitive Behavioral Intervention school-based group for elementary students exposed to stressful and traumatic events." Bounce Back Program BBP Website
Youth Bereavement Program - "This program is for elementary, middle and high schools designed to address key components of grief in an age-appropriate manner." Hemet Hospice Volunteers, Inc
Anger Management - These groups will teach students to recognize the signs of anger and utilizing positive coping skills.
Empowerment Groups - These groups give students strategies, tools and, resources necessary to make confident decisions in the educational setting.
Substance Abuse Intervention/Prevention-These groups are offered by Riverside University Health Care Substance Abuse Prevention. Currently these services are aimed at secondary students.
Each school offers a variety of student groups/interventions. Please contact your student's school counselor or educational therapists to get more details.

Services include psychiatric evaluations, medication services, individual and family therapy, and case management services. Staff works closely with schools to provide services to students who experience academic problems as a result of their severe emotional problems. Parent partners offer support and advocacy services to parents whose children are receiving services at the clinic."

"The Youth SOURCE group is a community support group. SOURCE stands for Support, Outreach, Unity, Respect, Community, and Education. SOURCE is NOT a therapy group. Instead it is a prevention and early intervention program for youth ages 12-17. It is a welcoming and safe space for youth of diverse experiences regardless of sexual orientation or identity."
