Regardless of the contest, our students were ready to head out the door. Equipment was packed, students were in their contest dress, and ready to go. The Hotel usually starts breakfast around 7am, came in early to make sure our students could eat at 6am. Amazing the amount of support we get even when we are on the road!
Another Sunrise at United Technologies Center - Bangor
We cannot thank our friends and Director Amanda Peterson at UTC for their hospitality as all 27 Maine CTE schools invade their space for Competition Day 2. Hal Casey and SkillsUSA Maine do a wonderful job as well.

Contests Complete - Now, to Relax
The folks at Oriental Jade in Bangor treat our students well. They provide some wonderful food and just a quiet place to rest, recover, and relax after a stressful two days. Another partner we could not do without!
The closing cermony is where we close out the SLSC and find out who placed in the top 3 of the 77 different competitions. Again, SRTC competed in 51 of those competitions. Our students worked extremely hard to get to this point so this is a celebration of all that hard work.
