If it is the United Methodist church which is not adhering to the Book of Discipline, why are they not the ones leaving instead of the conservative/orthodox/traditional churches?
Why are traditional Methodist churches having to pay to leave? They did nothing wrong, upheld the Discipline but are now having to pay.
Will people who consider themselves gay or lesbian be welcomed in a Methodist church that has disaffiliated?
By when do we have to make a decision on whether or not to disaffiliate?
Is the 'split' only because of the disagreement on issues related to homosexuality? (Methodist pastors performing same sex marriages, ordination of homosexual pastors, homosexual staff members, etc)
