Each spring, grant applications may be submitted by teachers, support staff, or administration for programs and items designed to enrich or supplement the education of the students of Sandwich CUSD #430. All applications are due by May 31st and the Board reviews and votes on each application during the summer. A copy of the application may be found here.
Through the generosity of donations from community members, the schools, and local businesses, the Sandwich Education Foundation has donated about $400,000 to Sandwich CUSD #430 over the past 30 years. The funds raised have been used for scholarships, educational programs, books, technological equipment, and other hands-on experiences for Sandwich area students.
