The Galicia Pre-Moot is held annually in Mexico City before the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and Vis East Moot. With the continuous rise in international commercial transactions and the inevitable resulting cross-border disputes in Latin America, the Galicia Pre-Moot provides law students, academics, and professionals with a similar exposure to, and experience in, international arbitration and international trade law and prepares them for competition in the Vis Moots in Vienna and Hong Kong.
