Yes, please register for the conference by the registration deadline.

Unfortunately, no. Only students enrolled at universities or colleges based in the United States are eligible for the award.

You will receive your award after attending the conference, completing all the professional development activities organized for students, and submitting the required documentation.
What is the process needed for receiving the payment of the award?
What is the process needed for receiving the payment of the award?
The University of San Diego will process your award after the conference. You will be asked to submit your W9 information via a Docusign. Upon receipt of all documentation, your award will be sent for payment.

Congratulations on your graduation! Unfortunately, recent graduates are not eligible for this award if they are no longer enrolled at a U.S. institution of higher education at the time of the conference.

Yes, student co-authors of papers to be presented at the ASC 2025 conference are eligible for the award.
