Community Schools Year 1 focused on listening, learning, and building a shared understanding of strengths and needs across the Webster community. Through surveys, conversations, and collaborative reflection, the school prioritized elevating student, family, staff, and community partner voice to inform intentional planning. This foundational year emphasized relationship-building, data-informed decision-making, and establishing systems that support the whole child, setting the stage for deeper implementation and impact in future years.
During Community Schools Year 1, Webster achieved strong participation across all stakeholder groups, reflecting broad engagement and trust in the Community Schools process. Response rates were especially high among staff (95.65%), with students (86.83%), community partners (88.89%), and families (82.07%) also demonstrating strong participation. These high response rates strengthen the reliability of the data and ensure that Year 1 planning is grounded in authentic voices from across the school community.
