Brightlife for Kids

• Description: Expert coaches help kids navigate everything from sleep to screen time to separation anxiety — and help boost your confidence with resources for parents, too.

Exceptional Family Resource Center

• Description: They provide one-on-one support to families who need help navigating disability services and understanding their options. They also offer social, educational, and training opportunities to parents of adults and children with disabilities. I think this is a good place to start!

Safe Parking Site

The San Diego Unified School District approved a License Agreement to operate a Safe Parking Lot on a portion of the former Central Elementary School site at 4063 Polk Avenue. The facility will provide a safe and secure overnight parking area for families experiencing homelessness who are living in their vehicles. More information: CLICK HERE
