Our Main Office is open for enrollment from 8:00am-3:00pm. Please be prepared to submit the following documents:
Current immunization records (see below)
Birth certificate or passport (verifies DOB)
Current “proof of residence” that ties you to your home: SDG&E bill, water bill, rental agreement, or lease
If your student has an IEP/Special Education or 504 in place, we will need a copy
We will need a current “UNOFFICIAL” transcript/report card (especially if your transcript shows any high school Math or World Language course credit earned in 7th and/or 8th grade).
IMPORTANT: If you are enrolling during the current school year, you must bring the required documents to the Enrollment Office. Please note, your student must be dropped from their old school and you must provide the “withdrawal slip” when enrolling student. The withdrawal/drop slip lets us see how we can transfer your current classes/end grades to our classes.
Required Immunizations (The following will need to be verified before the start of the enrollment process)
Children entering grade 7 should have:
4 DTaP (1 more required after the child's 7th birthday)
4 Polio (3 doses meet requirement if at least one was given on or after the 2nd birthday)
2 MMR (1st dose on or after 1st birthday)
1 Varicella
Children entering grades 7-12 should have:
All of the above
1 Tdap booster shot given after the 7th birthday.
