During the yearlong residency, residents engage in pre-service clinical practice by working alongside accomplished mentor teachers and experiencing the breadth of a teacher’s roles and responsibilities.

Candidates are eligible for the Residency if they have the following:
Bachelor's Degree
Enrollment in identified credential programs

Commitment to teach in San Diego Unified for four years
