- Criteria 1: Be engaged in academic work in a productive way

Option 1: I'm on track for graduation (OR continue to other options)
To be considered on track for graduation, you need to have already passed with a letter-grade D or better or be currently enrolled in the courses following (based on your grade level). If you choose to use this option to satisfy criteria one, you just need to select this option on the application form and your eligibility will be verified by the district office using your current transcript.
Option 2: I'm submitting a letter of recommendation from a current or recent educator (OR continue to other options)
If you are using option 2, please ask a current or recent educator to complete the following Letter of Recommendation Form for Academic Work. Please be gracious in your request and ask with ample time before the deadline. You will upload the completed letter of recommendation in your application when all criteria have been satisfied.
Option 3: I'm submitting a written or spoken review of three (3) key pieces of evidence that demonstrate engagement.
If you are using option 3, please select three key pieces of evidence from your academic work that show how you have been engaged in a productive way. Please write about - or speak to in a video - how the three pieces of academic evidence you selected satisfy the criteria outlined here. Add your three pieces of evidence and written response or video recording to a(n) evidence slide(s) and upload your slide(s) to your application. Your evidence will be evaluated by a review panel.
