Working in pairs or groups, you will design a dwelling place for a specific region of California. Explain how the dwelling will be designed with characteristics of the natural environment in mind--climate, terrain, landforms, local materials and access to water. You will make a drawing of the plan and share with the class using a Flip Grid or Screencastify, presentation, Minecraft realm, or model, which will be displayed for other students to view. Explain how your dwelling is adapted to or fits in with the local natural environment and include a short description with your final visual.
