Salad Bar Spotlight
In conjunction with our Nutrition Education programs, we like to feature a special Salad Bar Spotlight each month to students of a vegetable item from the cafeteria salad bar.
Many of what is and can be grown in your school gardens can be found served to students daily from the cafeteria salad bar! Help us encourage our students to taste the fresh offerings from the cafeteria through your garden lessons and activities. Here are some resources to help get you started:
