Transcript & Form Requests

Diplomas earned at San Diego Adult School are issued by the San Diego College of Continuing Education.  Graduate Transcripts, Diploma Copies, and Education Verifications can be requested by following the directions below.

Request Form: You can download the transcript request form from their website at https://sdcce.edu/sites/default/files/release-09012023.pdf.

 Fill out this form to request your transcript.

Submission Options:

• Email: You can submit the filled-out request form by emailing it to sdcceadmissionsrecords@sdccd.edu.

• In Person: For faster service, you can submit your request in person at the SDCCE Office of Admissions and Records. The address is 4343 Ocean View Blvd., Room 61C. When visiting in person, make sure to use visitor parking and bring a photo ID.

Note: The office is currently closed on Fridays.

For current students of San Diego Adult School and former students who did not graduate needing Enrollment Letters, GPA Verification, Unofficial or Official Transcripts, etc.:

• Email your request to the Adult Education Counselor, Kirsley Tate, at ktate@sandi.net.

• Alternatively, you can email the office at sandiegoadultschool@sandi.net.
