How to Request a Library Book
You MUST complete TWO steps to request a book.
1. Place a hold in Destiny AND 2. Fill out a Google Request Form
If you have multiple children you need to do these steps separately for each child.
First
You MUST place a hold in Destiny to request a book.
Remember you need to login to Destiny with your student ID and password if you want to place a hold on a book.
You may request up to 3 books and keep them for up to 2 weeks.

Second
Parents MUST fill out this form so that I can let you know your book is ready.
The deadline for book requests is Tuesday at 10:00AM. Any requests filled after that time will be processed the following week. Confirmation emails will be sent on Tuesdays after the deadline :)
Third
Come pick up your book
Books can be picked up on Wednesdays from 10:00AM to 2:00PM.
Book will be on a table outside the library. Enter on Erie Street. You must wear a mask at all times on the school campus :)
