Welcome families!  I have been a part of  San Diego Unified for over 30 years, teaching elementary school and middle school math.  Originally from Los Angeles, I went to college here in San Diego and graduated from San Diego State University with my Bachelor's and a Master's in Education.  

I believe in integrating curriculum and the inclusion of art, science and technology throughout the school day.  The job your child will have as an adult might not exist yet so learning to reason, think, question and collaborate is very important.  Learning 21st century skills could make the difference in your child's future and I aim to get them prepared for just that!

My name is Anna Trolinger. This is my 19th year in education and I am so excited to be here. I believe that every child should have the opportunity to learn. I am married and have one daughter, who is a first grader at Jones, and a dog named Bear. I love going to the beach, watching sports, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
