About Me

I hope to show my students that math can be fun. I want my students to understand that there is no substitute for hard work and perseverance. Making mistakes is not only okay, it's part of the process and is encouraged. Research shows that our brains grow the most when we make mistakes and struggle through those mistakes.

I enjoy hanging-out with family and friends. My wife and I have an awesome little guy who is almost four-years old and full of energy. In our free time, we like to go hiking and camping. I also enjoy photography and videography.
