Tech Explorations

Welcome to Tech Exploration, a fun and engaging way to introduce elementary students to the exciting world of technology!

This program is designed to spark curiosity and build foundational computer science skills in young learners. Throughout our workshops, students will get hands-on experience with circuits, coding, robotics, and 3D design.

Here's a look at the workshops we'll be offering:

• Scratch Coding: Learn the basics of programming by creating your own interactive stories, games, and animations.

• Micro:bits and Physical Computing: Discover how to code a micro:bit, a tiny computer, to make it interact with the physical world.

• Stop Motion Animation: Use technology to bring objects to life and tell a story, one frame at a time.

• Lego Robotics: Build and program Lego robots to complete challenges and tasks.

Sign-ups will be available for each workshop individually and may be capped to ensure every student has the materials and guidance they need. We can't wait to explore with you! Sign-ups will be made available in the Monday Message prior to each workshop.
