Each student will have 3 live Zoom classes daily from 8:30 to 11:50 every day. Then, students will do homework in the afternoons, and they can contact teachers during office hours every day from 12:30 to 1:30.

Log onto your chromebook using ID and Password
Look through your emails by going to gmail.com and log on using your ID and Password
Read emails and follow instructions from teachers
Log onto Google Classroom by going to https://classroom.google.com/ and accept your classrooms
Find zoom links in the stream or in the banner at the top of the page.
If you don't find your Zoom link, and your teacher didn't send it to you in an email, send a message to your teacher through the Google Classroom asking for your Zoom link.
Look through assignments

Follow schedule and attend all three classes everyday from 8:30 to 12:00

Period 2: be there before 9:40
Period 3: be there before 10:50
After lunch, complete any homework or assignments. Look in Google Classrooms for assignments that haven’t been completed. Be sure to complete all assignments and submit them to your teachers.

How does online school work?
To start school, have your student log in to their chromebook and then their school email with their student ID number. If they have trouble with that, they should contact our site tech, Toni Shaw at tshaw1@sandi.net.
Once they are in their email, they should have an email from teachers with instructions. They will get a Zoom link, and invitations to a Google Classroom for each teacher. The google classroom links sometimes take up to 72 hours after enrolling, so don't worry if you don't have it yet.
Have your child check CLASSROOM.GOOGLE.COM each day, and log in to Math class via Canvas https://sandiegounified.instructure.com/. This will be how teachers communicate with your child.

How do I get internet access at home?
Various internet service providers offer free or low cost internet connectivity options for households. For more details, please see the Home Internet Access Flyer. Assistance for any family internet related issue is available by contacting the Family Support Line, at (619) 260-2460, press option 1.
Log onto Zoom:
Zoom links can be found on Google Classroom. For security, students must log in to a Zoom account in order to join the Zoom classes. Please watch this video by our principal to learn how to log in to Zoom using your school email.
