Marjorie grew up in a rural community on the Southern Oregon Coast and moved to the San Diego area in 2013. When not spending time with her kids (27, 20, and 17yrs old), dogs, or school-related work, she enjoys playing golf and pickleball. Her career in education began as a para-educator, and she has since held roles as a program manager, a Business Pathway CTE teacher, and is now serving as a Community School Coordinator, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to her work supporting students and families.
Megan was born in South Lake Tahoe, California so loves the outdoors. She attended UC Berkeley (Go Bears!) and studied ASL in the Bay Area. After joining the Peace Corps and working at Deaf School in Jamaica, Megan went to UC San Diego to study Deaf Education. Now Megan works as DHH lead teacher with SDUSD. She enjoys spending time with her family (including her active toddler!) and doggies.
