During a conference with your counselor you will learn:
Information about colleges that are not on your radar. Counselors can suggest additional colleges that fit your specific plans and interests.
Which standardized test to take. Do you need to take the SAT or ACT or both? Counselors can explain whether students need to take these exams for admissions to the various colleges, including four-year, two-year, and technical/trade colleges.
Counselors can evaluate student transcripts, extracurricular activities and personal statements to provide guidance during the college admissions process.
