Marching Cardinals at the Holiday Bowl Parade
Marching Cardinals at the Holiday Bowl Parade
On Friday, December 27th, Hoover's Marching Cardinals participated in the annual Holiday Bowl Parade. Prior to this year's game between Syracuse and Washington State, people gathered along the embarcadero to enjoy the festivities, including over a dozen balloons.
