Hoover Community Connections

Hoover Community Connections is a collaboration of over 20 participating organizations working together to ensure all Hoover students have connections, resources, and opportunities to define and achieve their own success. Established in 2016, HCC has evolved into a collaboration between San Diego Unified School District and community organizations. Today, our story continues as we strive to accelerate achievement for the students at Hoover High School. HCC works with community organizations and partners to provide additional support for Hoover students. 

The goal of HCC meetings is to provide all Hoover students with quality holistic support. 

This is achieved by: 

1) Supporting Hoover's vision, goals, and initiatives.

2) Sharing of programs, best practices, and data.

3) Providing inter-agency referrals.
