In this unit we have been exploring Dinosaurs. We have learned how paleontologists distinguish dinosaurs from other prehistoric creatures and how they classify them into different groups. We have learned about how their different features helped them survive. We have also learned about several extinction theories and possible connections to modern day animal species. And we have imagined what it might be like if dinosaurs lived today!
