During this difficult time, it is imperative that we continue to reach and support ALL of our students. Our children and youth in transition often face unique barriers that can be exacerbated during these challenging times. On our site, you will find resources to help you serve the following student groups: students lacking a fixed, regular, nighttime residence (McKinney-Vento Definition), students living in the Foster Care system, students who are military-connected, students who have refugee status, and students transitioning to and from the Juvenile Court and Community Schools (JCCS).
Our team is committed to support our students, their families, and educators and staff during this distance learning period as district's Children and Youth in Transition Liaisons.
