to save your program for later.

Click on the Scratch project under the "You Do" section in your hyperdoc.
Click on See Inside.
Make a change to what the taco truck does or what the penguin does.
Save your Scratch project to your computer so you can share with others or work on it later.
File -> Save to your computer to save your program for later.
Make sure you have shared your project with your teacher using your hyperdoc
