How to Request Transcripts for Schools other than Crawford

 CCAP class from SD City College

• Log into your MYSDCCD account with your 10-digit college USERID (555#) and password

• Select REQUEST transcript (Hold for final transcript).

Please note--most colleges do not need a mid-year transcript.  SDSU will always request one.  Make sure you request a Mid-year and Final transcript. 

Final Transcripts will be sent after the school year is completed and all final semester grades have been uploaded by the district. If possible, please download an unofficial transcript for your records from your PowerSchool Student Portal before your last day of classes.

US mail will only be used for international colleges/universities or colleges/universities that do not use XELLO (National Student Clearinghouse).  When asked by your college, your transcript will be sent through the National Clearinghouse.  FYI-Most colleges do not know the name XELLO.
